My most recent production was for The Domain student living of Morgantown. I recieved a call from their head of marketing asking if we could produce some sort of virtual tour for them that would showcase the beauty and offerings that came with living at Morgantown's only luxury student house complex. I accepted the gig and gave it a little Nesler Media cinematic twist that I give all of my productions. One of the best way to attract new customers no matter if you're a housing complex or a clothing boutique is to tell your company's story and what you do that sets you apart from your competitors. In the Domain's case, they not only have the most beautiful complex but also the most professional, friendly staff around. I wanted to showcase this along with the sights of the complex. I used their marketing director, Courtney to tell the story of The Domain and it worked perfectly. The message is THE MOST IMPORTANT PART of creating any commercial or brand image film. Having a powerful message that moves people and entices them to use your products or services is the difference from a great production and a non-effective production.
